3Using this website

By using nasiol.co.za or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older to place an order. If you are buying for a business, you confirm you have authority to do so.

4Products and prices

• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are shown on the product page at the time you order.
• Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
• Prices and stock can change without notice. If a product is out of stock or a price was shown in error, we will contact you before processing your order, and you can cancel for a full refund.
• Product images are for illustration. Packaging may differ slightly from what is shown.

5Orders and payment

• Your order is a request to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email and your payment has cleared.
• Payments are processed securely by PayFast. We never see or store your card details.
• Before you place your order you can review it, change quantities or remove items. We email you an order confirmation and invoice, and you can ask us for a copy of your order record at any time for five years.
• We may decline or cancel an order (for example, a suspected fraudulent order or a pricing error). If we do, we refund any payment in full.

6Using our products safely

• Read the product label, instructions and safety data sheet (SDS) before use. Data sheets are available on request.
• Always test the product on a small, hidden area first.
• Some products are flammable or must be used in a well-ventilated area. Store them away from heat, flames and children.
• Industrial products are intended for trained applicators and professional use.

7Results

Nano-coatings perform as described when applied to a properly cleaned and prepared surface, following the instructions and application conditions on the product’s technical data sheet. Results depend on surface condition, preparation, weather and how the product is applied. We cannot be responsible for results where the instructions were not followed.

8Our responsibility to you

You may cancel an online order within 7 days of delivery, as set out in our returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for damage caused by misuse, incorrect application, or not following the product instructions. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9Your personal information

We collect only the information we need to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We handle it in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and do not sell it to anyone. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information. See our privacy policy.

10Trademarks and content

Nasiol is a registered trademark of its manufacturer and is used under our distribution rights. The content, images and text on this website may not be copied or used without our written permission.

11Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
