1Who we are

This website, nasiol.co.za, is run by Nasiol Industrial (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/034437/07, of 206 Hoefyster Crescent, Roodeplaat, Pretoria, 0186 (“Nasiol Industrial”, “we”, “us”). We are the responsible party for your personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

2What we collect

We only collect what we need:

• Enquiries. When you use the contact form: your name, company, email, phone number and your message.
• Orders. Your name, company, email, phone number, delivery address and what you ordered.
• Payments. Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
• Your basket. Items you add to your order are saved in your own browser so they are still there when you come back. This stays on your device.
• Technical data. Standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.

Fields marked as required are needed to answer your enquiry or fulfil your order. If you leave them out, we can’t help with that request. Everything else is optional.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

3Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and give you a quote.
• To process, invoice, pack and deliver your order, and to handle returns and refunds.
• To keep accounting and tax records, as the law requires.
• To keep the website and our systems secure.

We use your information because you asked us to (an enquiry or order), because we must by law (for example, tax law requires us to keep invoices), or because we have a legitimate interest in running and protecting our business.

4Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us run the business, and only what each one needs: payment processing, accounting, email delivery, courier delivery and website hosting. Each is required to keep it confidential and secure.

We may also share information when the law requires it, for example with SARS or a court.

5Information outside South Africa

Some of these providers store data on servers outside South Africa. We only use providers bound by data protection laws or agreements that protect your information at least as well as POPIA.

6Marketing

We only send you marketing if you agree to it, or if you are already a customer and the message is about similar products. Every message tells you how to opt out, and you can also email info@nasiol.co.za at any time.

7How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to help you. Order, invoice and payment records are kept for at least five years, as tax law requires. After that we delete or anonymise them.

8Keeping it safe

The website uses an encrypted connection, and only people who need your information to do their job can access it. If a data breach ever affects you, we will tell you and the Information Regulator as POPIA requires.

9Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy,
• correct information that is wrong or out of date,
• delete your information, where the law does not require us to keep it,
• stop using your information for marketing,
• stop using your information for any other purpose, if you object on reasonable grounds.

Email info@nasiol.co.za and we will respond within 30 days. These requests are free. If you are not happy with how we handled your request, you can complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.

10Children

This website is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information about children.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
