1Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in South Africa by courier. For deliveries outside South Africa, please email info@nasiol.co.za for a quote before ordering.

2When your order ships

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment has cleared.
• Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days to main centres, and longer to outlying and rural areas.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• You will receive an email with your courier tracking number once your order ships.

3One order, more than one parcel

Nasiol Kits are packed and dispatched by us. Nasiol Industrial Retail Products (in their original packaging) ship directly from the warehouse. If your order contains both, it may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You only pay the delivery cost shown at checkout.

4Delivery costs

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order, and are shown before you pay.

5Flammable products

Some of our coatings are classed as flammable liquids. These can only travel by road freight, not by air, so delivery to some areas may take a little longer. We pack them in line with courier safety requirements.

6Receiving your order

• Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.
• If a delivery fails because no one was available or the address was incorrect, the courier may charge for redelivery. We will pass this cost on.
• Check your parcel on arrival. If it is damaged, leaking or incomplete, please follow point 3 of our Returns and Refund Policy within 48 hours.
• Ownership and risk pass to you once the parcel is delivered and signed for.
